Free shipping on every order. No minimums. No codes.

How long will it take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. After that:

• United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-12 business days

These are estimates. Most orders within the US and Canada arrive within 5-7 days. International orders may take longer depending on customs in your country.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn't show up in your inbox, check your spam folder or email us.

Will I always get free shipping?

Right now, yes. If that changes in the future, shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

What if my order is late?

Email us. We'll contact the carrier directly and get you an update. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund. You don't need to ship the damaged item back.

What if my order is lost?

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We handle the carrier claim on our end, you don't need to do anything.

Double check your address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If there's a typo or missing apartment number, we can't guarantee delivery. Take a second look before confirming your order.
