Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns (All Products)

All House & Harbor products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition with original packaging and all included accessories. A valid order number is required.

60-Day Returns (Filtered Showerhead)

The Harbor Filtered Showerhead does not need to be unused to qualify for return. Try it for the full 60 days. If it's not for you, send it back.

Non-Returnable Items

Replacement filters that have been opened or installed are not eligible for return. Unopened replacement filters may be returned within 30 days.

How Returns Work

1. Email us at contact@houseandharbor.com with your order number
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or variant, email us and we'll arrange a one-time exchange at no additional cost. Exchanges follow the same return windows above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
